Optimal Cutting: Use a long, sharp, smooth knife dipped in hot water and wiped clean between each
cut.
Portioning: For the most servings, cut the cake into concentric rings, then slice the rings into 1-inch
(2.5 cm) portions.

Before Serving: Keep your cake in the refrigerator, preferably in the original box, to maintain its shape and freshness until the day you plan to serve it.
After Serving (Short Term): Covered leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
